COTTAGES: Types and Variations
We offer various types of cottages with distinct features, including one or more bedrooms, single- or double-storey layouts, and optional rooftop spaces. Additionally, studio-style cottages with open-plan layouts are available. We also create customised designs tailored to specific needs.
SCOPE: Educational Programs on ‘A Different School of Thought’
Although there is significant interest in interdisciplinary art and architecture practices, very few universities and colleges offer programs in this field. We seek collaborative opportunities to advance this concept, particularly with universities and colleges specializing in art, design, and environmental studies. Professional artists, students, and members of the general public will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and deepen their understanding of this unique approach.
LOCATIONS: Exceptionally Suitable for Locations where Leisure and Tourism Needs a Boost
Initially, we plan to develop several ‘art-cave’ cottages in Sri Lanka to cater to both individual and corporate clients. Our goal is to transform our construction sites into interactive workshop spaces for all participants. At the same time, we intend to host presentations and exhibitions in various locations, including Melbourne and other destinations.
